Each session includes:

- Key Challenge Sharing: Identify and articulate pressing leadership challenges

- Hot Seat Coaching: One participant receives focused problem-solving support

- Collective Wisdom Exchange: Insights, best practices, and shared learnings

- Actionable Commitments: Clear next steps for growth and impact​

Program Structure

 

- Meets once per month (60-minute virtual sessions via Google Meet)

- Minimum six-month commitment for continuity and trust

- Small, curated groups (5-8 participants) to ensure deep discussions

- Confidential, facilitator-led sessions that maximize value​
