COACHING SERVICES
Three paths, one approach:
clarity before strategy
The executives, founders, and nonprofit leaders I work with have already achieved significant success. What brings them to coaching is a recognition that the next level of impact starts from the inside out.
Who This Is For?
This work is for leaders who've succeeded by conventional measures and are now asking unconventional questions.
You're not looking for someone to hand you a framework; you've seen plenty of frameworks. You're looking for a thinking partner who can help you see what you can't see alone, and who won't let you off the hook when the inquiry gets uncomfortable.
If you want quick answers or external validation, this isn't the right fit. If you're ready to look honestly at who you've been and who you're becoming, we should talk.
"Steven is not the coach for those seeking to hear only what they want. However, if you want a trusted advisor who will push you to think differently, make better decisions, and lead purposefully, I highly recommend working with him."
Brad Jung · Board Member, Financial Services Executive

HOW WE WORK
This isn't coaching that tells you what to do.
Before our meeting, you'll receive reflection prompts to uncover what's truly beneath the professional story: deeper questions that many people haven't been asked. In our first session, we'll explore what comes up.
We meet at least every two weeks for at least six months. This kind of work takes time; you can't rush change. Most clients continue beyond that, though the cadence often shifts as new patterns take hold.
Much of the real work happens between sessions. I'll provide prompts and exercises—intellectual and somatic—that help you understand what's driving your behavior and build new habits to restructure it.
-
Show up honestly
-
Stay in discomfort a little longer than feels natural
-
Engage with the work between sessions
-
Expect to be challenged—respectfully, but directly
